You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity on your account. Please give accurate information so we can reach you and deliver your order.

Each box is hand-curated by our team. For mystery and “surprise” boxes, the exact contents are chosen at our discretion based on the preferences you share, that's the fun of it. Specific items shown on the site are illustrative and may vary based on availability.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change over time. Payment is collected securely through Razorpay at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully verified.

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by your location, courier delays and public holidays. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.

Because boxes are curated and packed specially for you, orders can be cancelled only before they enter curation. If your box arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us at support.tadaa@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Please don't misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, access other users' data, or use it for anything unlawful.

The Tadaa name, logo, artwork and site content belong to Tadaa and may not be used without our permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Tadaa isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Gujarat, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Tadaa after changes means you accept the updated terms.
